Our Home Inspectors Always Provide Detailed Reports

Home Inspection Consultants' reports are NOT a simple check-list, nor is the client required to take their own notes.
Within hours of our home inspection, Home Inspection Consultants emails a house-specific, narrative, comprehensive house inspection report which is complete with pictures of the home and components as well as illustrations that clearly explain the home inspector's findings. Our reports are a great resource to use as a guide to schedule repairs and there is no need to log in to a website to see your report! It is always at your fingertips.
Also, unlike other home inspection companies, we do not include a clause in our reports stating that you cannot use our report to renegotiate the sale.

Free Thermal Imaging with all Full Home Inspections

The thermal imaging camera allows the home inspector to measure temperature which may indicate air infiltration, missing insulation or moisture behind walls, ceilings and floors. The infrared camera provides a thermal image which shows the temperature difference of the object being measured. 'Hot/Cold Spots' can be seen immediately. If the attic is not accessible, the infrared camera is a great tool as it can detect temperature differences on the ceiling as shown in the image to the left. Those darker colours are the cold spots. This is also useful when examining the electrical in the home as overheated wiring, loose or deteriorated connections, over-loads, short-circuits etc. can be determined by the thermal image.
